  • Property will be sold “as-is; where-is” - no warranty of condition and is not subject to appraisal or professional inspections.

  • PLEASE NOTE: The roof is a shingled roof. Please note that a minor roof leak was detected shortly after listing the property for sale. The Sellers had that area repaired to prevent any future leaking. A claim was filed with the Insurance Company. Proceeds from the Insurance Company will be forwarded to the new buyer per terms as established by the Insurance Company.
