High bid requires $2,500 non-refundable down payment (Earnest Money) due on date of Auction. Six percent (6%) buyer’s fee added to the winning bid for said property.
Property will be sold “as-is; where-is” - no warranty of condition and is not subject to appraisal or professional inspections.
Interested buyers will have the opportunity to view the property prior to the auction and/or perform personal inspection of said property.
Closing date within 60 days from date of sale (specific closing date TBD.) Closing shall be conducted by Rosebud Title Company, Platte, SD. All money down (earnest money) will be held in Rosebud Trust Account. The remaining balance due for closing must be paid by certified check.
